Men's Challenge
Men, it's up to us! That's right. God has given the wonderful responsibility of leading our families and our churches as His servants. He has given us His Word and has graciously given us the indescribable gift of the Holy Spirit. Now He expects us (actually, He commands us) to take and use those tremendous 'tools' to get to know the God of the universe.
Isn't that utterly amazing! God actually wants to communicate us and us with Him on a daily basis. In truth, the attitude of being in prayer or ready to pray should never leave our hearts and minds. In order for this to become a reality, we must commit ourselves to that TIME of relationship with our heavenly Father. Just as we try to communicate with our wife and children amidst our budy schedules, we must, even more so, spend time with our Lord...asking, seeking, and knocking at the door of heaven and sharing with our Father our needs, troubles and desires.
We are going to attempt to offer some help in this section of our church webiste. I will commit to keeping this page current with links and resources for encouragement. Being a man of God is not easy but the rewards will bring amazing earthly blessings and eternal dividends as we gather around His throne in heaven with our family.
